After finding his feet in the bar industry Alen Nikolovski (Antico Wood Fired Pizza) rose the ranks to become integral in the creation and operations of some of Australia’s best bars. But feeling the need for a change he decided to go back to the family restaurant and work alongside his brother. Little did he know that big change was around the corner when a diagnoses for testicular cancer put everything that its important in perspective and altered the way he lives every single day.
