After years in an absorbing role running three huge venues Tom Walton (Dolphin hotel, Bondi Beach Public bar, and Hotel Harrys) needed to re-energise creatively, emotionally and physically. With time away from his busy hospitality life, he’s spent more time with family and realised that hospitality is not a career, but a lifestyle and your family are along for all the bumps in the road. The break has allowed him to re-connect, rebuild and come back stronger and with a new perspective.
