Dirty Linen visits the Old Macaroni Factory, an 1859 building in Hepburn Springs, on Dja Dja Wurrung Country in Central Victoria. The Jens – Jenni Draper and Jennie Wilmoth – have painstakingly restored this historic building, turning it into a space for events and unique accommodation, as well as living on the property themselves.
